PinnacleJazz is created and founded by Dr. Paul R. Lowe, a global admissions advisor, entrepreneur and musician. He is the founder and CEO of Pinnacle Educational Center, LLC. Dr. Lowe heads a team of Jazz musicians, producers, music educators, ethnomusicologists and historians to enhance the mission of PJ.
